i might be moving to montrose..anybody here from there

like it says..i might be moving in a few months to montrose co..im just looking for guys or gals in that area to meet up with down the road..this will be a permament move for me..providing i get the job..so let me no..thanx,,,chris..

You are a lucky guy if it works out.
I have friends that live there that I ride with.
Very mild weather there, almost like you are not in Colorado when you see
all the orchards and gardens.
Many great places to sled within 1-2 hours drive.

If ya like it hot! I was down there two weekends ago and holy crap! I damn near suffocated it was so hot. My dad lives in Delta and I went to see him. I said no more, I'll come see you in the Spring and late Fall.

I live in Montrose -- great place to live with lots of great outdoor opportunities. We have sledding in all directions anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour or more with all different types of terrain. I ride with a great group of guys and it's rarely difficult to find a riding partner. P.M. me with any questions.

You'll only be 45 mins. from the Grand Mesa. Easy drive. Don't get no betta! Slopoke is here quite a bit, as is PowderPatrol and quite a few others.

Hope it works out for you. I ride with Slopoke and some others and we are always up for meeting and riding with new people. We have been spending a lot of time at Marks the last few winters - snow has been awesome. Montrose is a great place! Weather is perfect. Hour in any direction for great riding, summer or winter.
