I met the looter today.

Sitting at the library working on a paper and this guy walks in with all sorts of camping gear and camo clothes on. He asks "where's the church?"

Sombody else pipes up "what church are you looking for?"

He replies "I don't know, I hitchhiked in here. I'm a Katrina victim just lookin' for some love!"

I'm LOL and kind of pissed off. Still playing the victim card at this stage? Even the other "brother" that was in there gave him the "what the hell do you want" look.
