Make sure you buy a carbon monoxide detector!!!!! Especially with a Mr Heater..... I have one in all my rigs.

Speaking of which... I'm pretty sure the one in the race car trailer is just about expired. They only last 5 years I believe...

How hard will it be to install?

Normally it would be a piece of cake, but I'm building a wall cabinet to house it in which will include a drying rack, charging stands for the radios, GPS, etc... should take a couple days I would think. Will post pics!

Normally you would just blast the 2 holes for the vent plate, screw it to the floor and hook up your LP line and the 4 wires.

Let me know.

I want to get one if I can find one. Did you price out any new ones?

Normally we leave after work for a trip, so you are in the mountains by midnight or so. Not much point getting a hotel for a couple hours.... but I always would the second night! I like a hot tub after a day of riding!!!!!!

I want to sleep in it so i can get two rides for the price of one. Then home to the hot tub!:D

What does it run for power. A Battery?

Yup.... the one I have draws just over 3 amps. A single deep cycle will do the trick for what I need.... Plus I can remote start the truck once or twice a night to keep the voltage up. And the batt is nice and warm inside the trailer. As is the tank!

Helps too that I only need one night out of it.... It can charge all the way there and all the way home.

I should also put a charger on it so I can plug it in at the Hoe-tel tho..... And wake up to a nice warm sled!

Thats the wifes big project before winter. Looks like I need to do a little heater research.
