BTW, what was wrong with your back? I have two herniated disks (L5-S1 and L4-L5) A month ago I could hardly walk, it took a half hour to pull on a pair of socks and shoes. My muscles spasmed so bad I developed a crook and ended up walking around with my hips thrust to the left. Hurt like hell!

I have had 3 spinal injections, one in the Spring and 2 3 weeks ago. The last two were in back to back weeks. I went straight to the top and went to Steadman Hawkins in Vail. The doc is very optimistic that my body will take care of itself because the pain virtually went away after some PT and exercises. Plus I haven't ridden the dirtbike. Did do some shoveling today but there is no pain right now. I'll just exercise and take it easy till the snow flies.
