I have been a longtime snowest member. Not as active as I once was but here is what I need....
I used to be a BIG MAN!!! I mean large and not even in charge. I followed a plan by Bill Phillips who wrote Body for Life and in 9.5 months last year I lost 116 pounds and a year later I am still 120 pounds lighter.
In 2 weeks I am running the Denver Marathon for the second year in a row. I am doing the half at 13.1 miles.
We are running this year to raise money for the Make a Wish Foundation and it is a pledge per mile. I AM ASKING FOR YOUR SUPPORT!
