Blew up the sled yesterday, lost the PTO side rod bearing and piston. This would be for a 04 900 carbed. Looks like a 800 or 900 carbed crank with a good mag side would work for me. Anyone got something laying around that they are willing to part with? Thanks.

2004 King cat crank and lower case

Hey I picked up a 2004 900 king cat carbed motor that had 1600 miles on it that the sled caught on fire and the insurance totaled it out. Motor has plastic on it from the hood and misc. I wanted the cylinders for my efi sled. So I am willing to sell the crank and and case with all the lower internals. Will sell to best offer. Give me a shout and let me know. Greg (509)949-5925

Be careful on the pto side and a 800 crank. The 01 800 had the 30mm shaft. The 02 and newer (I think) went to the 33mm shaft.

Correct, only 1 year of the small end crank.

Well though I would join in. Im in need of a Primary clutch for my 04 king cat. Well I only need the inner sheeth (stationary sheeth) and the balancer plate that bolts to it. if ya got one I would be VERY interested and if you live close that would be a plus so I can go riding this weekend.
