hyvo gear sets tested and ready

hey everybody I'm new to snow west, I'm the guy that makes the hyvo gear sets. just finished testing some new ratios and happy to say that the material we are making these gear sets out of is just not failing and is not showing any wear. The21/49 2.33 ratio for the f1100 with reveres show no wear on the top gear and better yet are 19/50 2.63 ratio for the 800s is rolling in the chain better then ever. these are some things we are working to make are gear sets last longer under long pulls and big power. Do you make the 19/50 with top reverse gear for the 1100t? I wouldn't be interested in the 2.33 gears.

No I don't. the smallest gear that will work on top is 21 tooth. the locking will not let the chain drop down in the teeth if its a smaller dia.

Evo has 19/50 Hyvo gears with reverse. They are 13w just like the viper has.

May be in 13 wide hyvo top and bottom but I have not seen one yet. two things I would be concerned with, 1 is rotating the chain pins on the in side links more then usual on that small of a radios would cause the chain to wear more than usual and 2 the number of teeth Engagement with that kind of power. I'm getting by with my 15 wide hyvo 19/50 ratio on the 800 2 strokes because there not over 180 hp. In drag racing these big turbos we can only get 10 or 12 runs out of a chain when we run a small gear on top so we try to run a 25 tooth for more tooth engagement. I'm always open to new ideas and will be happy to test all kinds of combos.
