D diggerdown Well-known member Dec 20, 2009 #2 The hyvo should be 3/4" wide. They do not use plate counts.

D diggerdown Well-known member Dec 20, 2009 #4 Just run a straight edge off the outside face of the lower gear to the face of the top gear to make sure they line up with each other.
