Hyperfax...

everyone told me it is cuz I loosened the track...mine was same thing smoked after 231 miles...

I just ordered Hiperfax for mine, they are backordered through WPS right now, but might be in now, been travelling...

If they are wearing at the front arch it is probably because your track is too tight. I went through a set in 100KM, loosed the track and have put on another 1000KM no problems

Ya right at the arch and there's even a damn wheel right there:mad:
I got about 2 fingers width at the lowest point. How loose can you run these? My first yammie:)

Try the Yamaha graphite sliders.

No wheels no scratchers for 4 seasons one set lasts about 1500 miles if you pay a bit of attention on the brake in period. You can buy 4 sets of them for one set of Hiperfax and they last just as long per set.
Hiperfax is good but no magic bullet either I seen them melted as well

Thanks guys:) Ill try the graphite ones and loosen the track up a bit.

Where would one find these? I see the regular plastic ones on the yamaha website, nothing about graphite models. Anyone point me in the right direction?
