Bought a sled last week from Hill Topper, erroneously assuming he was coming through Montana on the 14th of this month, so sled could be delivered. Turns out, he was't coming through until MARCH 14th...LOL
I was wanting/needing the sled for a trip I'm leaving for on Wednesday, and another one to BC on March 4th, so I put the feeler out on Friday night(when the confusion was discovered), asking if anyone could transport the sled to Montana in the next couple of weeks(at least I'd have it for the BC trip) trenchking PM'ed me 0600h Saturday AM, stating he was leaving Sunday(today) at 1000 AM, if the sled could be to him by then he would deliver it.
Problem was, Hill Topper was a 3 hour drive from trenchking, so there was little hope in my mind that Hill Topper would want to do a 7 hour (round trip) ride, to get this sled delivered. (Not sure I would have), especially with less than 24 hours notice, AND on Valentines Day!
Fortunatley, Hill Topper Agreed to make the run, he delivered it last night, and sled is on it's way to Watford City, only an hour and half from me! If I wanted to wait until Feb 23, could have been delivered to my yard!
Going to pick it up tomorrow night!!!
