Thanks to all of you who came out to Brewvies last night for the Boondockers premiere and Utah Avalanche Center fundraiser. It was great to see everyone, but now I can't get my mind off of riding...

The fundraiser was a huge success. You guys donated over $4,100 to the Utah Avalanche Center! Craig and the UAC work like savages all winter to keep us safe and it was great to see everyone step up and support the cause.

Special thanks to SnowBigDeal and Twisted Turbos. These guys made substantial donations to the UAC to cover the cost of food at the event. Also, thanks to Kris Kaltenbacher (aka Smasher) for running the mic.

Great Night for sure. 2 Great films! Met some cool new peeps and put some more faces to screen names . Some peeps were missing in action(ie Bigrock, Kev, Freak, CC, skinner,Dunner, Madmax, plus many others) AWESOME to see and reconnect with everyone else, it's been a looooooong summer. Always love brewvies, it's the kick off to the season, now let it snow, let it snow, let it snow.

Thanks to all that worked so hard to put on a Great night. BIG Thanks to Craig, the UAC and the FUAC for all they doo to keep us informed and safe. Couldn't ask for a better group of guys watching out for us in the backcountry.

Seeing the first few months of the film just reminded me how horrible the season started last year. Here is to hoping for much better conditions for December and January of this year.

You may have noticed that there were not any Klim items in the raffle. You probably thought that Phatty walked off with all of it when no one was looking, but actually the box from Klim did not show up until this morning...

Since we no longer have the raffle tickets, and I suspect that no one saved their tickets either, I am going to offer the Klim gear that was intended for the raffle at a significant discount to anyone that attended the fundraiser. First come, first serve... You must have attended the fundraiser. The proceeds will all go to the Avalanche Center and would be considered charitable contributions.

1. Valdez Parka (Black/Medium): $275, the parka is new from the factory, but it doesn't have all of the tags on it.
2. PowerXross Gloves (Black/Large): $50
3. Mammoth Sock (Small): $12
4. Vented Sock (Small): $10

I am in Salt Lake, or I can ship to you. Checks should be made to "Friends of the Utah Avalanche Center"

Damn I wanted to come but I have to work nights.
Maybe I can get off next year. Love the boondocker movies and i'm always down for helpin the Avy guys.
