I just watched Mike Huckabee say we should get a bunch of jackhammers, cut the UN building off, float it out sea and write it off completely. I WANT HUCKABEE. That is the smartest thing I have heard anybody say yet. Two more years and Bo will just give the country to the UN. Well F him.

What are we ORFINKS on Fouled Plug and Politics ? The only way I can get a single point is to go some where else and thank some one. Let's put it back the way it was. I think I still belong to Snowgoer even tho it seems the average age is thirteen. I even payed my dues to Snowest Forum too!!!

Well that's a pretty good start. Now, if he had a "leave everyone alone" I'd be for that. Sorry, but Palin is a poison pill. She had her chance, and McCain blew it for her.

At least let's hope they they pick someone with more than 140 days working experience in national politics. For instance I am a fair motor grader hand but I climbed into the first motor grader in 1951 and it probably took 20 years before I was worth a crap at it.

I was listening to Rush today and a pilot called in with a great analogy.

He said when you are flying a bomber and you start to take flack you know you are on your target. Look at the hits that Palin, Beck, Hannity, and Rush are taking. They are completely on target and the Libs are shaking in their boots.

Palin went down hard with attacks from the media because she posed such a great threat. Look at what she did in AK. She attacked corruption and cleaned up her own party. She didn't go after the Dems. I really respect that. Of course this is why when the media craped all over her nobody stood up for her, not even the Republicans.

I think I'd actually trust a Huckabee/Palin ticket. I do wonder if Palin could be more effective in another role though. Maybe a Whistleblower Czar?

The analogy is great. The sore toe gets the most attention and I really like Palin and I think it's not smart to count her out yet. I am betting she has more than a little something up her sleeve. She could well be another Maggie Thatcher. The iron lady. I think she is just lying in the weeds watching.
