HRT's T-Nytro...Back together and ready to rip!!

[Hrt Offroad]

Well...many hours spent in the shop in the last couple weeks, but it's finally back together and ready to go for this weekend

What's done:

• Powder Lites Stage II
• HRT Custom Intake
• MM 162" Extension with HRT top cap
• HRT SS tunnel dump (tig welded directly to header pipe) w/ exhaust shield
• Lots of custom brackets etc...
• Better Boards
• A lot of polishing
• HRT Vents
• The latest PL fuel regulator mod and RB3 map
• Stainless Braided oil return line
• Powder coating
• Moto Bars w/ Fly riser
• Some CR goodies

What's yet to come:

• 162 Ice Age Rails
• 162 x 15 x 2.5 track
• Simmons Skis
• Black Seat (dunno what kind yet?)
• I'm sure to come up with more...

If anyone likes the side panel vents...I'm set up to produce them. I just have to come up with a cost...any ideas?

Where do you think the boost controller should go? It's very similar placement to the regular PL set up. My theory was that the heat coming off the tunnel dump shield should keep it thawed. Any suggestions would be appreciated...

I would try it the way you have it and see how it works for ya.Three buddys with mcx kits have there boost controller back there and have not had problems as far as i know. Nice sled and the side pannels look good.

Side panel vents will most likely be around $100 for the pair. I will confirm this after this weekend. I want to take them out and test them to make sure they work perfectly before selling them to anyone!

i have an mcx and my dad has a PL, both have boost controllers back there and they don't ice up

Super sweet build up! Great job.

We just got done with a more radical tapering Better Boards probuct to fit he NYTRO XTX to essentially do what you have for the stocker guys. Great job on your install and custom fab. Love to see a bird eye photo like this example on your sled.

The Better Boards are BAD A$$!!!!!!!!! I have never enjoyed riding the deep stuff like I did this weekend...Snow barely builds up on the boards. And if it does...just stomp it through

Man...they're a nice platform to stand on too

Side Panel Vents

Well...the vents worked awesome!

If anyone would like a set - shoot me a PM

Also, no issues with the boost control - it worked fine.

I modified the intake with a 45 deg silicone hose to allow it to flex in case of a roll-over and it also shakes around allowing it to self clean...I'll post pics later
