HPS have a can yet?

I just searched around in the Axys forum and don't see anything on HPS having a can yet. I've had such good luck with their quality, sound and weight savings I think I'd like to stay with them. Anyone heard anything from them yet?

Thanks for the follow up. But 3 weeks for delivery makes me think they don't have them made yet.

I had an HPS Can on my 2013 SBA. I loved it! Not sure if I am going to get another HPS for my 2016 SKS or switch to SLP?? Anyone have experience comparing the two?

Very different. The HPS has the most weight savings but definitely louder. I call BS on the 4 HP gain. The SLP is mellow but still comes alive a little when the valves open. I think I'm doing the SLP pipe/can combo instead this year. Nothing wrong with sounding a little mellow now days.

Has anyone gotten an HPS can onto their sled yet? Any reviews? Still haven't pulled the trigger on a can. Really just looking for weight savings. Worried about the fit and finish of the SLP- their installation instructions mention needing silicone to seal the exhaust hole. I would rather not need to silicone anything. I know HPS doesn't require that. Also wondering if you needed to do any clutching changes?

Fit and finish of the SLP is very good, its a nice piece. You dont have to "silicone" anything. It does however come with a "silicone rubber seal" that goes around the outlet to 100% seal the pipe to the belly pan. Eric

Thanks for the clarification! I guess I wasn't sure why the install instructions called for a tube of black silicone... I'm still undecided. Leaning towards the HPS only because I loved in on my 13 SBA. Love the SKS so far!
