HP3 PROPANE TURBO NYTRO.... PROS/CONS

im thinking of buying my friends 08 hp3 brad story built propane turbo nytro.. i just want some feedback from anybody that has owned one or rode one.just the usual,like realibility, problems i should watch out for. is it really worth the $$$. etc. i no they are pretty bulletproof, but heard horrer storys on cold weather starting headaches,. any help would be great,feel free to comment, or just pm me with your thoughts.... chris.

I Personaly own a propane nytro and would have to say no proplems at all....If you are riding in temps cold enough for them not to start you should not be out there!! Great power and performance for the price of the fuel...any other questions feel free to ask.

Absolutley love my sled! I had zero issues, its a rocket, started easily all the time, even after i had it upside down. BCBOOST is the local mechanic out of kelowna can definitly answer all your tech or tuning questions. A friend of mine just bought Randy Swensons Nytro after seeing how mine ran all last year without any hickups. Good luck!

I only have two rides in on mine but very impressive power and extremely responsive. I rode menace all winter and after seeing how his worked, I decided to make my purchase and absolutely no regrets. I also love being able to fill the sled up for only 20 bucks.

no gas, the motor just runs on propane as fuel.

I dont quite understand the question?

they run on propane, the turbo is powered by exhaust pressure.

ok so i have stated before i dont know much about turbos so i am trying to better understand how a propane turbo works thanx rmking6000

dude.. sit back, go read and understand how turbos and turbo systems work and then come back and ask again if need be.

boost is the pressure a turbo creates that is pushed into the motor allowing you to cram more air and fuel in a normal motor. a turbo builds boost(if it works) propane just replaces gas as the motors fuel supply.

your reading it as the turbo is on propane the way you seem to be responding, its just a turbo'd motor running on propane instead of gas.
