It is open but there is a little bit of exploration going on up Hidden Valley (on the right side about 1.5 k from the lodge) You may be able to drive past the access but there is not much room to turn around or park (2-3 trucks). The ride from the lodge may be a bit rough as they plow off the snow occasionally. Otherwise not too bad, early season snow levels but climbing to the rocks in the Superbowl.
