How would you like to run into this car.....

Bet the turret station dude, had one hell of a headache. You can see him kinda melt down into the tank. Wonder how well the tank took that blast?
 
That's one way to safetly check for explosives.
Worst it would have done is damage the track.

However I am willing to bet if it was a shaped charge the blast radius wasn't aimed up, it would have been aimed at the rode.
THat is why I said track damage.
 
I saw some pictures of shaped charges that had been setup along roads at the correct height to hit a person in the upper torso while riding in a HMMVW

Fin terrorists.
 
It makes me sick to think people are willing to go to those extremes to kill people. It is sad that they don't care if they kill several innocent civilians while their at it either.

And that is why we should not give a damn about killing innocent civilians in that country. I say unleash our military and let them do their job and then get the hell out when there is nothing left.

I agree with you on that, they seem to be heartless maniacs.:eek: Lets just hope they never try to invade our home turf, or all heck would break out.
 
what most of you dont understand is they threaten peoples families in order to get them to do what they want done.... Innocent people are forced to place car bombs or become suicide bombers. The taliban is notorious for this. Terrorists are very resourceful and it is inevitable that we never undermine our enemy. They know what they are doing...they have been doing this long before we america was even established. I do have to agree with ruffy here.
 
To add a little more to it, yes cleared by EOD, for upwarded detontation. I.E. explosive that would take out a tank. Vehicle was cleared for detentation, by tank, roll over to clear. Talking to a close friend whom is EOD and deploying back to "trash"ghanistan" in a few weeks with his team(tour 3). Detontation of this device would result in casualties in the surrounding area, to detonate the charge meant blowing up the car as was intended, sending metal into the air. Detonation by the tank, meant the dentonation force was consumed by the tank, ie lives saved, and only minor wounds by tank crew(shaken up a bit).
Not all of my words his, an EOD tech whom seen the video for training and knows the decision made.

Not everything posted and wording is truly correct.

And there people is the exact attitude that got this country to where it is today. Turn the other cheek and let it get slapped too. Seems to me when we fought wars the way they should be fought which was complete domination over the enemy, we didn't have the problems we have today. But go ahead and think the way you want Ruffy and ones like you. Turn the other cheek and see what happens. I still say give them more than they gave us. They are nothing but cowards who hide behind women and children, and the sad thing about it is that they will win by doing this because of the bleeding hearts like you in this country.

I guess I didn't realize not killing civilians was turning the other cheek.

It looked to be quite abvious that it was known to be "loaded" and that they deemed this the best plan.

I guess you are to dumb to understand what I am saying so I will make it simple for you. If the enemy hides behind civillians and does not wear a uniform that would identify them as the enemy then you use whatever means it takes to destroy them. If that means that some civillians die because of it then so be it. When we started worring about civillian casuallties that is when we stopped winning wars.
