Like Supplicate said, Rush was making the point that Kennedy's life was the antithesis of the health care plan he wants so badly.

there is mainly the House of Representatives bill HR 3200 in print

there are others in the works in Senate and House, but they are still in the works and not official yet. there are several Conservative proposed bills as well, but they won't see the light of day, cause it's not about healthcare, it's about CONTROL
