knee deep in it

this information was on the old web site but I can't find it now. I have to notch a track so that it doesn't hit the coolers. What is the best method of doing it? Snippers, saw???

any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

What size track and pitch? I have a brand new notched track I'd rather trade for an unnotched one :)

Not sure where you are from, but I used to be in the track repair business, and notched a lot of tracks. I used a set of Clippers for clipping Sheep Hooves. I go them from Fleet Farm, but I am sure Tractor Supply Company would have them. They were just the right height, and you just have to trim the sides with a Sharp Razor knofe, I personally used a Carpet Knife, it has a 4 sided blade. Just be sure not to cut too far past your originall cut.

i agree with the above post,

i just use a side cutters for the sides and one of those snippers for the center.
