How to keep the wheelie down, '04 rev 800?

This is my buddy's sled. Pretty much stock, can, little clutching, 8 tooth anti ratchets with rail tips cut back, and a 162 camo. He already has the limiter straps tightened all the way and the torsion springs on the tallest block, but has the spring on the front RS shock on the lightest setting. I know he has about 6000 miles on the shocks also. Any tips are much appreciated.

If the front blot for the skid has been relocated to a lower position on the tunnle raise it up to specs.??
