How to get rid of flies???

I have a loft (man cave) above the garage that I continually have a fly problem in.
Where in the hell do these bass terds come from??????

Has anyone used a bug bomb in the house?
Pros/Cons?

I currently use a vacuum to suck them up, which is easy as they congregate in the windows.

HELP!
They are driving me crazy!!!!!

If you are told to go to the man cave a lot, maybe a shower would help the flies problem....:face-icon-small-sho LOL
As it gets cold they come in through the woodwork. I used bug bombs with success. Close up the room or rooms and do it when nobody will be in the house for hours. Wash all counter tops after and make sure all food is covered/put away prior.
Get them before they poop on your windows.

Start a fogger, lock it up and head to the bar for a few hours. Come home an let it air out and you should have plenty of vacuuming to do. Then try to shower more often:)

Or....let a bunch or birds loose to eat the flies, then a bunch of snakes to eat the birds, then a bunch of ferrets to eat the snakes, then..... That's how the government would fix the problem.

Newmy1 and Mike's shower idea couldn't hurt either! :face-icon-small-hap

If you wil bomb the whole house. DO NOT FORGET TO TURN OFF THE PILOT LITE TO THE WATER HEATER-FURNACE. And any other ignition sources.

There was a situation on the news awhile ago. A guy bug bombed his house, and left. A while later someone came to visit, walked in hit the light switch and blew the ****ing house up.............but killed all the bugs

Half a can of Yard Guard last night....
Dead soldiers EVERYWHERE today......KickAss!

I have a hard time believeing that a house blew up from a bug bomb.

I have bombed my house many times - including the basement w/o turning out the pilot light. I don't believe that the stuff is explosive. I can't imagine them being allowed to market something like that!

I have had a chumm blow his newer house off the foundation - but that was from a leaking valve on a brand new gas dryer he was installing. Valve was bad. He was running for the manual valve downstairs, but the gas got to the pilot downstairs first and blew.

Nothing dramatic like you see on TV tho. He was OK as was his daughter that was upstairs. But it lifted the house up a bit and blew off some of his siding.

The reason for turning out the pilot light is b/c supposedly when the bomb vapors pass through the pilot - it turns into "mustard gas". Personally I don't see the problem there either. That should kill the little Buggers too!

A more perminent fix to the flys would be to move further away from that dairy farm! (wink)

Oh - and BTW - other than an outside hot water boiler, he is "all electric" now. No gas tank on his property! LOL!

Last time i used bug bomb, it had the warning on the can

Well - I guess if you use 19 cans in a one bedroom house you just might have other problems as well?

I use one per floor.

I used to use yard guard on my crabs back in college................

I wonder if that is why after 16 years of marriage, my wife is still not pregnant.......

What the....?

If you ask nicely, there may be some gentlemen here who would consider helping you out with that.
