went out for our first test and tune ride in the bighorn mountains of wyoming with wyrider and wysteph and had a great ride, but i noticed thay both of my upper mounting tabs on my tcp bumper were cracked or broke, i remember reading a bunch of post on this but cant remember how they fixed them.

When I do its all yours . I just need my tax return and to sell a few morer CC covers and RS delete kits
I just got off the phone with tri city and they said they will charge me to fix it because it was designed for the 07-08 sleds and not the 05 or 06, so ill have to look around and find a shop in town who will weld it or something, is anyone reinforcing these with anything?

Yeah, that's pretty weak...there's no difference in bulkheads between the 06s and 07s is there?
There are differences in the 900 bulkheads, between the 05 and 06 and different than the 2007 and up.
