How to change M7 motor mount?

How hard/easy is it to replace motor mounts? Specifically the mount on the exhaust side. Do you need any special tools? Is this a common problem area on the M7's? If I were to replace, should I use same type of mount or something stiffer/more flexible? Thanks.

I just replaced my exhaust side mount. I removed the old one with a cutting wheel on the dremmel. Was real careful and didn't cut all the way through then pried up with a chisel to break it the rest of the way. That was after I removed the rubber with a razor knife.

To get the new one in I used two 4" clamps twisting from the inside. I put a piece of angle across the opening to wrench on and to get more perch. I pushed it from the outside in. Used lots of green locktite. Took it slow cause it took quite a bit of pressure.

i used an air hammer on mine to get it out and i used a ball joint press to put the new one in
