I have an 05 summit 1000 and my front cooler is leaking how do i byepass it without pulling the engine ?
How to bypass front cooler on 05 rt ?

The motor does not have to come out. I did it on my '05. You just have to look at the hoses and reroute them. I can't remember the exact changes but it can be done. Pull throttle bodies off and you can see much better. Seems like I remember leaning the motor forward to get at everything.

i just did this to mine and it was not difficult. look at the brp parts catalog to get a good idea of where things are and go from there. i cut the hose that goes from the head to the lower left side of the front cooler and routed it to the splice where the coolant lines go to the throttle bodies. two rides and so far so good.
