How to adjust the engine perralellism

I have a 2012 Pro. I put my LWT PS-47477 clutch allignment tool on my clutches, and the front of the secondary hits the allignment tool, and the back is about 0.020 from hitting the tool. Is this normal? Or should both sides of the clutch hit the tool equally?

Ideally they should both hit squarely, try removing a shim from behind the secondary(on the shaft), and see if it helpd square it up..a lot of guys will loosen the mnts and try shifting the motor, I prefer if its truely out of square, to unglue the chaincase and shift it until the alignment is good(motors seem to always shift back or overload 1 mnt when tweaked vrs moving the chaincase)...then reglue it in its new position..also this will often fix one where the track runs slightly crooked in the tunnel as well..........
