How to adjust furl pressure????

Just got my turbo on, fired the sled up, and at idle sled was a/f reading about 13.6-13.7. How does one go about getting it into the 14-15 range as is stated in the instructions.

Also how are others loading the team weights to get 70 grams

one other thing is which plug do we run, the ethanol/nonethanol

this is a Silber Turbo kit and I will probably be running pump gas only for the first trip to the hills 5000-7000 ft. 5# of boost is all i can run right?

on top of the fpr you have allen key bolt/screw. Untighten the bolt and screw the bolt in or out for more or less fuel pressure. Cant remember what way makes it leaner or richer. Just look at your frp gauge and youll see it right away. Really easy to do!

For your clutching i do believe the clucth kit comes with a set of instructions that show you how to load the ramp. Justin recommand starting with spreading the weight all across the ramp.

not trying to be rude but man, if you're going to ride a turbo sled you better go bacl and read these instructions! Everything is in there, really complete package. Once you're done come back on here and read every single thread you can on turbo!!Then should be ready to go lool :P And lke the other guy said never hesitate to call Justin

Not to be rude either, but I did read the instructions numerous times prior to being the project, and during the project. I know that I need to adjust the Fuel pressure to bring it into the 14-15 range on the A/F gauge. I guess my question is where is the Fuel pressure Regulator???

And I have been reading every post and searching all over the internet looking for tips/tricks and answers to all my questions. But some just aren't to be found. That is why there is this great forum so people like me can find out the answers without having a wasted trip to the hills trying to tune on the hill or blowing something up.

regulator

The fuel regulator is the black thing you installed just before the return line of your fuel line into the tank. When you come out of the fuel rail you should have connected the return line from the tank into the regulator and from the regulator with supplied hose and fitting back to the tank. There should be a guage on the regulator. Your boost pressure hose that goes to the boost guage should tee into the regultor also. This will increase fuel pressure when under boost. There is an ellen screw with lock nut on top to adjust pressure.

I'm kinda confused by silerfoxes post:

Just to clarify my sled is a 2011 Pro RMK

the only thing that I got in the kit to connect was the fuel line. Did not recieve any fuel pressure regulator, and to clarify there was nothing in the instructions about the location of the fuel regulator, or how to adjust it.

aahh now I know why you had no idea what the fuel pressure reg looks like! If you would have a IQ turbo there is no way you could miss it lol!! It's right in your face

On the pro tho I dont know.

not trying to change the subject but when u finish with the instal som pics would b sweet! especially the intake

There is no pressure regulator for the Silber pro kit, 2011 kit anyways. I believe the fuel pump was changed for 2011 and most of the turbo kit builders were having problems with too much fuel on the bottom end (hence the bog). I doubt there is a fuel regulator for his 2012 kit either.

There is no fuel regulator on the Pro rmk kits. The control has the ability to add and take away fuel electronically.
Dont let the AFR at idle worry you, the have an fluctuating ready at idle. If you let the sled idle for alittle longer the gauge will start leaning out.

Please give me call when you have a minute, I will walk you through the control box functions so you better understand them.

Thanks
