How not to park your sled

Ok heres a knucklehead move I pulled today. On Taylor pass (back side of Aspen Mtn.) The slide had occurred prior to our arrival. The hill climb starts on the right then I thought I would drop back in . OOops I dropped back in in the wrong place!!! The good news is NO damage to the sled just a sore hip when I got bucked on one of the snow boulders.

Great day of riding though.:D

nice park job...could have been way worse.

The rest of the hillside could have gave way!

The section that slid had done so earlier in the week . It happens to be the steepest section of that whole ridge. The rest is quite stable as we climbed up it and jumped off it all the way along it.
We did practice a little caution as we have "hopefully the right gear " and went one at a time with a spotter.
Have fun but use common sence!
You know if your gonna be stupid you gotta be tuff!

Happens at the Snowies all the time. Un park the truck, unload the sled and park closer to the Ford. Hopefully he won't flatten your tires.
