I dont have the book for this damn thing and I'm trying to figure out how much oil goes back in the transmission and the crank case ...

ANyone know? Ive searched the internet but I cant find it

on my r there is a sight glass for the motor and a check bolt for the tranny. I do have a manuel at home if you want the exact amouts let me know.

The tranny takes 670ml but there is a oil level bolt as was stated already. The engine should have a site glass. I've filled lots and just did one on R motor I just rebuilt about 10 mins ago. I never measured how much I put in the motor though, just used the site glass. If I was to guess I would say some where around 700ml, with changing the filter, but that's just a guess I know it's close though.

Ok, figured it out

With filter change, 700 mL in the crank case, 670 mL in the transmission.

Good guess :)

On my 05 the tranny is supposed to take 670 ml per the manual, however,
a bulletin came out saying to use a full qt. I researched it on thumpertalk
and that is what most everyone there recommends also. they may have changed it for the 07.....
