Well the ears were thoroughly washed this morning and cleaned with a q-tip.

I live in Dillon and we got about 12" in the last 2 days.Looking at the ski areas snow cams they're saying

2" steamboat
6" A Basin
6" Vail
6.5 Winter Park
8" Copper
9" Keystone
13" Breck

Still pretty thin but maybe good enough for a road ride/break in miles by this weekend.
Winter storm warning noon today thru midnight Saturday 12-20" for high country if you believe the weatherman.....I'm hoping their right.

Technology does wonders...

I've been keeping an eye on the webcams throughout the state all week. RE got hit earlier this week. Roads are dried up now, but another storm is on its way. http://www.cotrip.org/device.htm

Here in Frisco back by Mt Royal were closing on 2 feet of powder since Monday, plowed most of the day yesterday at our business and several homes. Depending on what weather guesser you believe, it may snow thru Late Saturday.

Still dumping snow here in Frisco as of 1:30 pm. Weather to bad to ride so it's a good evening to have a few beers and a burger and stay warm at our High Country Snowmobile party tonight at the Back Country Brewery here in Frisco and support our cause.

Rode Vail Pass yesterday afternoon and wow was the snow deep....but visibility was terrible. Took forever to get home too on the roads but worth it.

Vail should be great today for early season riding/road testing.
