I have to check how much I am using, but how many of you are still turning the 2014 800 pro up under warrenty and do you think that will void any claims?

We did on our 2013, but we are not going to do it on our 2014. I know that tampering with the oil pump adjustment can void your warranty.

I waited tell warranty was up. Mine had a paint mark on it, and I'm sure yours does to. Even if you turn it back for warranty work, they will still know, and could void warranty.

Turned my 2014 up after the first ride. Not worried about warranty for turning up the oiler.

Turned up my 14 from day one, You can barely tell I touched it and I am sure my dealer who is great would look around it…

Warranty is iffy at best anyway..

That paint marking is a verification of the final adjustment of the oil pump setting. (Quality control.)

Use brake cleaner to remove old paint. Yellow paint marker to make a new mark!!!

I made a claim with my oiler turned up and it wasn't even mentioned. Nobody is going to try and claim that you turning the oiler up was a cause for engine failure. Go ahead and do the right thing

If your actually worried about warranty for turning up the pump, just add a shot to the fuel.

Adding oil to the fuel does nothing to help the crank bearings, the only oil they get is from the pump.

I turned my pump up as soon as I got it home AND I add a little bit of oil to the fuel to provide a little extra lube to the cylinders/pistons.

I was going to wait to see what my oil to fuel usage worked out to before turning mine up. I finally concluded why would I wait until some damage may be done BEFORE turning the oiler up.

I had to replace a rod bearing last year that looked like it was due to lack of lubrication. I had calculated the factory ratio at about 80:1 on that sled.
