Mine is stock with 10-64's.

I ride 8,000-9,000ft mostly.

Current RPM's when climbing are around 7,850-8,050.

I am thinking it would be better off with the 10-62's to get a little more RPM's.

What weight, RPM's & Elevation are you running?

What is the target RPM's?

You would do better with the 62's I am using 66's at 1800-2000' and still in breakin mode but it seems to pull up to 8100 on a few full throttle blips that I have done. Still need more snow so I can't give you much more info then that. My Assault that I had last year (2010 with PC-5) would pull 8250-8300 with the same combination so I am hoping for similar results on the pro rmk assault

I am riding at 7-9k ft with 62 gram belly busters and I am seeing 8200, which I believe is the target rpm.

0-3000 feet running 10-66's and a 64/42/36 helix im seeing 8150. havnt had a really long pull to see what the r's do on the top end but gonna find out tomorrow about that.

8000 - 10000 ELEV.
10-62'S
8100-8300 RPM POWDER HILL CLIMB

8-10,000 feet with 10-60's, and seeing 8200-8300 rpm..have seen 8350-8400 on breif periods so thinking about going back to the 62's

10-60's at 9-11K. I also ran the MTX 61.5 and had a little over revving (those are 2 grams more than 10 series weights). The over revving wasn't too bad though, in the powder the sled still pullled really well. I'm still experimenting.

Bug if ur over revving try a steeper initial or a stiffer sprig in the secondary. I was having the same issue with over revving out of the hole then it would stumble to catch back up and bog really hard for a second

Good idea except that my engagement is too high (sucks in the trees). So I'm going to 10-60's (stock) and an almond/red. This will also be higher engagement, but hopefully better shift out. I have to learn the hard way!

Almond/Red is going to be higher engagement than the stock black/green primary spring and will yield less peak RPM..just so you know

Ride 7,000 - 9,000ft., 10-62's, Rpm = 7,850-8,100. TO LOW

Im going down to 10-60's This should put me at about 8,100-8,300.

What have you guys been doing to get more RPM's?

tach?

How accurate are the tachs on these new sleds??

Anyone hook up something or hear from Dynoport/dynotech if they saw any difference when they had them in the dyno?
