how many 2010 m8 BD RG turbos dialed in

Just wondering how many bd rg turbos out there on 2010 m8 with 2010 head
I cant seem to get mine dialed in thinking of changing it back to a pg, at least
it was dialed in and i had no issues.
my set up
intercooler with fan
bd 3 degree electronic timing key
ebc
bd fuel upgrade with extra injectors and fuel module
new reeds

problems loads up at idle,
I ride at 5000 to 8000 feet run 111 race fuel 100%
been running cr 21
os 20
3000 0 0 0 A 0
5000 0-4-6 B 04
6700 0-2-4 C 04
7800 0 0 0 D 09
psi L 10 25 41
psi H 10 27 48
USED THESE # s ran terrible switched over to BD #S
3000 0 0 0
5000 0 0 0
psi L 20 40 45
psi H 15 25 45
WITH THESE #s ran better but octane light still came on
changed high #s to 55 from 45 better but not great
sled started loading up at idle never cleared up as it was getting late, just rode it down the trail that way

i did try -10 -5 in 3000 rpm range made no difference
WHAT ARE ALL YOU GUYS RUNNING FOR #S WOULD LIKE TO SEE THE DIFFERENCE IN THE #s
any help would appreciated

I'm running the 2010 head, 10-12 psi boost, 100 ll @ 6000 feet, no e-timing key. I bought it as a just incase factor and I didn't need it. Drop your octane and run av instead of 111. And get rid of the timing key.

I have an 2010 with the HO head. I updated my ECU to the 2011 map. Much better on the low end. It was terrible prior to the update.

with a cr # at 21 your secondary injectors are coming on too soon i would think,im pretty sure mine is set at 31-35 depending on the day, thats the range im at.
if you have your secondary injectors coming on to quickly it will load up for sure.
i have a 2010 cat, stock head, with the 2011 bdrg kit, if your kit is 2010 their could be a difference... not sure on that...

but your cr # seems way to low of number....
check your injector cycle and see what you have for numbers their, you want your secondary injectors coming on around 92%-96%(this is on your stat screen)

i installed cold air intake this year and the bottom end is totally different, its awesome now!

also i agree with what others stated, ditch the 110 and run avgas!

i run 8-10lbs at 3k-6k all day with stock head, avgas, and NO timing key!

i think you are

overfueling (injector cycle)
over octane (110)
retarding timing to much...

get rid of timing key
110

run avgas, install cold air intake, lower cr, and smile!!!!!!!

thats what i would do...

goood luck.

great info. For clarification what wasatchcomm is saying is you need to move your CR up so that your stock injectors are running in the 90% duty cycle....I like mine around 95-96. So keep moving your CR up until you get it where you want. You have to be in supertuner mode to do it. The CR controls when your secondary injectors become active. Also your boost fuel numbers are way high. Most good running ones I have seen are running several numbers below BD starting numbers in all ranges of boost fuel

Good Luck Woody
