How long to get SPG a-arms?

How long is it currently taking to get a set of 39" concept a-arms with no shocks? I know last season they were taking months, just wondering if that is still the case?

Cant say about the a-arms but I waited 7 weeks weeks for a set of airframes. Three weeks more past when the dealer expected them then a cancelled the order. i hear nothing but good about there products but I'd hate to bend an arm then be out for the season or back the stock because I couldn't get a replacement in under two months. Just my $.02

I hit a rock and bent lower a-arm. I called Skinz and they shiped it out the same day.

I found a rock and broke my spindle and a-arm. I needed the sled right away for our company ride and they expedited an arm to me by the next morning.

I spoke with Jake there and he was very helpful.

I also Smoked a rock with my right ski on my Nytro bent the lower arm where it bolt to the Sub frame, broke the bolt to the Sub frame, bent my Sub frame, bent and cracked my Raptor shock. But the upgraded 5/8" Hiem joint survived with no damage and was able to ride out - :face-icon-small-coo

I thought there would be a big wait time for a new arm so had my 3" forward Z-broz front end installed - oh well now I can compare the two.

Please let me know what you think of the z-bros compared to the skinz I am going to be replacing my front soon and would like to know which is a better way to go. Is 39 in narrow enough for tree riding? Also is 3 in forward enough or is the 4.5 a better way to go? How much better is the handling compared to the stock setup and should i do different skis also?

From the limited riding I have managed the Skinz does seem to handle better than the 3" forward Zbroz. Either way you go they both handle way better than stock I.M.O. and the Skinz seems to hold up very well now.

We have SPG +4.5" front suspension kits along with boards and seat kits in stock. Also have the new SPG traction cleats in black in stock as well. The new boards shipping from SPG are also coming with traction cleats as well.

+3/+4.5

i too will b replacing front end soon and would like some on the snow differences both good and bad on the +3 to +4 spg front ends. does it get to tippie at the 4.5 has any one tried both?

It is not any more tippy than the stock front end. In a lot of ways it is more stable. It is able to absorb bumps while sidehilling and not throw you off track as the stock front end wants to. Trail manners are also improved. Skinz hit a home run with these things.

The Nytro's are fairly well balanced side to side when you put them on a set of pad scales, where the balance issue shows up is front to back. In stock form there is alot of weight forward on the sled and when you put a rider on the sled the majority of the added weight shows up on the ski's. The +4.5 SPG kit changes the "On Snow" front to back balance of the Nytro giving you a more neutral feel instead of front heavy.
For example in stock form the Nytro tends to want to dive down hill when sidehilling, from our experience with the SPG kits this tendancy has been greatly reduced to the point where sidehilling is actually fun with a Nytro.
A good visual comparision is to go out and measure the horizontal distance roughly from the steering post of a M sled or Pro to the ski spindle and then compare that to the same measurement on the Nytro. The difference shows why +4.5" on a Nytro is a good thing.
