How long is a Polaris 163"

I was wondering if anyone knows how long a 2008 163" IQ is from ski tips to back? I'm heading out west to pick up a sled and was wondering if I should put it in the back of my truck or bring a two place enclosed. Thanks

It's a long box. But I have a 110 gallon Diesel barrel in the back that's about 10" wide. Thanks

Can't speak to a Polaris but I know my 162 M Cat is between 11.5 and 12 feet. Just barely fits in my 12 foot clamshell enclosed.

heck, longbed should be fine, even with the tank, she will hang out a bit, but not worth draggin a trailer!

my dads M7 153 which is a tad over 10' barely hangs over the longbed tailgate, so you might hang over 2' max.

you'll be fine, just make sure you close the tailgate, put the sled on top of it and drive around Apple Valley for a while

I have a 163 and a short box. tie it down and go for it. No problem

Yep i just put my 174 in the back of the short box! Just 2 tie downs and an orange flag!!

I put my 159 in my short box Super Duty no problem. A ratchet strap from track to front tie down is a good idea. LOL...

my 155 is 11 feet long, and it fit in a ridgeline, it stuck almost half way out but it was strapped everywhere

No problem, I haul mine around sometimes in the my shortbed without straps, it never goes anywhere With the tail gate down. Why all the way out west for the 163, I have two here in minnesota for great prices.
