I also, headed there next week for a few days to watch the hill climbs and want to know is it worth it to drag the sleds for a ride also?

We still have plenty here in Alpine, but melting fast in the Valley. Guest are still riding to the trailhead from the cabins but that may come to an end if warm temp keep up. Still 60-90 inches up high. There will still be plenty up high either way fot the hillclimb weekend. It is rare for the Greys River Trail to melt out before April 1st in the warmest of springs.
