Wanting to ride in the morning and was looking for a snow report from this weekend.
how is the snow at the berry fields/flattop

Just got back from there we went out to the left road. Went up to the fields it was waist deep. When we came back we stoped at the intersection turned left because no body had been down the road heading to the 88. Hit the 88 road not a person had been out on the road broke trail and then started to run into downed trees . We finally made it back to flattop. It must have snowed 6-8 in when we were there. No grooming.

We're headed to flat top saturday, did everyone get the trees cleared out for us? 
I just called the chevron station no grooming done and the trees are down on the trails. When I was up there last sunday we rode out of flattop. I took the road out to the left and went up to the berryfeilds . When we came back half way down we took the road to the left that tees into the 88 road thats where we ran into the downed trees . We cut throught them to get back to the parking lot so that loop is clear. I hope that helps you. Were going on the mountain tomorrow.

update on the snow park site:
1/30: Groomer has been down; grooming will resume Tuesday (Jan 31), and all trails will be groomed. Groomed daily to get caught up.

rode berry fields yesterday, very good. the rode from lone butte sno park to the fields is terrible now though. lots of whoops, isnt their a groomer for this area?
they should consider hiring one!(sarcasm)
normally i wouldnt mind but with the extra travel since we cant get to lone butte, it just seems like it takes forever to get out their!
i was at helens midweek and the road to lahar was smoothest ive ever seen it, usually its the other way around, what has happened to the groomer at lone butte area???
did i mention the lack of grooming at lone butte!

Ya the groomer was at flattop sat night, I think they forgot to run it up the trail.
I dont think they get are snow around here, helens low elevation and the lack of snow so lets groom that. Berry fields 90 inches of snow lets not groom.
