I have a track but I guess its 133" or 131" and I don't know where to measure the track. I still have the skid suspension.

Track sizes are sometimes not done by measured length (ie.. a 154 Doo and 155 polaris track are identical in lenght)

What part number is on the track?

What make and model sled is it on and has that suspension been moved or had any larger wheels, drivers or offset axles on it?

What are you wanting to do?

Umm..track length would be found by determining track pitch (center to center distance between two drive lugs), then multiply that, by the number of drive lugs that go around track. Now, unless you have a 3.00 pitch track, you would just 'round-off' that number.
