They sure look cool and are reasonably priced. Just curious if they are just powder ski, or good all around.

if you are talking about the mt9s i love them they work good on my t-rx

You are one of the first persons that I know of that has given this ski a resounding thumbs up. We tested them last season on different Nytro models (XTX,MTX) and hated them. The only place they were acceptable was on groomed trails. Yamaha took them back and gave a full refund. It's interesting that they are the OEM ski for 2012 MTXs but I think Yamaha is stuck with a whole bunch of them now and needs to get rid of them.

I like them in the powder but not in set-up snow. I have a 174 X 16 3" track on my Nytro and it pushes too much on harder snow for the amount of keel imo. Had no problems with them in the powder though. Mixed reviews from others, just like every other ski, some like some don't I guess. I have a pair of gen2's as well that I find good in powder and a bear on packed snow....maybe I'll get power steering :face-icon-small-hap

Ya it all depends on the snow condition. It would be nice if you could push a button and change out your mod's for snow conditions. Maybe next yr ha ha...:face-icon-small-ton
