Trying to get the TPS unplugged but can't. I want to put some dielectric grease on the connection.

I've tried everything short of reefing on it, so I must be doing it wrong.:face-icon-small-fro

What is the trick to getting this thing unplugged?

There is a push tab on the back (the side facing the can side of the sled) It's under the connector boot. You should feel it give when pressed.

Also helps.. IF you Squeeze the connector and give it a little Push Towards the TPS then Pull

This Helps to Release the Clip that hold the connector to TPS..

ALso Helps on the hood plug too!!

FYI!!!

Thanks everyone!:face-icon-small-hap

I should point out that the squeeze connector is on the clutch side and the higher you squeeze it on the grip portion the easier it comes off. I had to push on it with a flat head screwdriver before it would pop off.:face-icon-small-con
