how do I get Tappatalk 4 to work

Not sure how to make Tappatalk 4 to recognize my Snowest account any suggestions.

Ever since I upgraded to Tapatalk 4, when I get notifications they will not load, it comes up with a message that says function get alert does not exist, any ideas??

I have Tapatalk 2 on my phone also and it seems to work fine it is just Tapatalk 4 that I am having issues with

Well...

I have TapaTalk Pro, V2.2.1 on both my iPhone and my iPad and they work GREAT.

Might I suggest you try that instead of V4 ???

Tapatalk Pro is only for Apple products, Tapatalk 4 is for Android devices. I believe they are both the "Premium" version just for different operating systems
