Found a very nice trailer its a 7x17. It has a 12' straight wall and a 5' v-nose. My question is how well would my sleds fit? I have a 08 m8 with a 156" and a 05 m7 with a 153". Does anybody run this setup already? do you have to put one backwards or will they fit if I overlap the skis and run one into the vnose? Any insight would be great.
Thanks
Spencer

can you make it work? sure ya can. Is it convenient as an 8 ft wide... no.

edit: just for reference, my toyup sled deck is 98 inches wide and i have a little room between a m series in 39" ski stance and an xp in 38" ski stance. So... two pretty narrow sleds with a 98 inch wide deck surface with a few inches in between. So... 7 feet wide, 84 inches... pretty tight squeeze if ya ask me :)

In the west!
I would think two sleds would fit fine running them in backwards. I think 8ft trailers are better for what I need but if you can get a good deal on this one and it works for you then I say go for it

I would not by anything but an inline trailer. Way easier to pull, less wind drag, easier to see around and when loaded you still have room on the floor to put luggage and things. I have a 4 place inline and love it. Around the midwest the inlines are worth more.

Yep when you are pulling 2000 miles per trip out west 7 wide is the only way to go! If I lived an hour away from the riding I would maybe go back to the 8 "maybe".

thanks

thanks for input. I ended up getting a better deal on an 8.5x21. having it in my driveway I am very happy I went on the large size with room to move around with the sleds loaded.
