How difficult is it to add reverse to a 4-stroke?

I'm looking at buying an 09 XR that does not have reverse. How difficult is it to add reverse and what all has to be done?

ALL 4S doos have reverse...its on the chaincase vs the engine...you cant spin a 4s backwards...BJ

This one doesn't. It's a prototype from skidoo. No reverse. How hard would it be to add reverse?
