I'm selling my house. I am one of the millions that got hammered in the economic downturn and I need to sell it before the bank get's it.

so, beautiful north bend location, river access with a great swimming spot. Easy access to the mountains and to the city. $40k in equity at time of purchase. Has to happen by Ocotober 5th or it's on the auction block.

LOL....BHO has been a bad joke since this whole thing started....It's been 9 months of struggle and I'm ready to be done and move on. At least I'll still be in NB for now and things seem to be turning around a bit, just a little too late....
