hot flooding

Hey guys, if i ride the sled, stope for like 10 minuts it floods out. no i did a searsh and it sounds like the coolent shut off to the carbs is the reason for this, is it defently the fix? sles only has 100 km. 05 rev 800.

its pretty anoying when you cant start, takes like 20 pulls and it gargles it self back to life.

Thanks
Harry

compression test?

Have you checked the reeds for gaps?

Yes dont use the carb heat unless you have to.

compression test first when the engine is warm, if heated carbs dont fix the problem.

The coolent to the carbs it there only to keep them from freezing up in the powder snow days, keep it off unless you have to run it. you have a needle and seat problem or a bad fuel pump. Ski-doo does not have a fuel shut off on there sled so you cant just shut it off when you stop. I would have the carbs and the pump checked.

hum ok well thanks for the info. im guna try the coolent thing, if it continues ill pull the carbs out.
Like i said it only had 81 miles on it when i bought it, they guy didnt really know what he was doing. so i have to work some bugs out of it.
