People keep telling us that the snow around here is better than up north. We're on the southern end of the Northern Big Horns, just south of Antelope Butte Ski Area. I don't know what it's like in the South, but the last thing I heard is that there's no gas down there (may have changed in the meantime). We still got plenty here!

Today it's been snowing and in just a few hours we got about 4 to 5 inches and it's still coming down hard. So stop by on our end!

We just got back from riding around Burgess Junction and the snow was great. It is true that 4-5 miles south of Rangercreek is where the snow was the deepest. The p and pa trails were very good from what little we saw of them.

And another update: just had some people in the lodge that stayed down south last night and they DO have gas again there.

Yep we do it all the time Just head north on the trail it is well marked and when you get here we have gas, a bar, great food and accomodations.

Sorry about that.
Take the P trail north and it is about 60 miles.

I would have to agree the 22 and 23 was great for riding. we found the best snow to be around the antelope ski area. amazing what you can find just a little ways off the trail in that area and to the west.

How do you think the snow will be this weekend? Is it warm out there and sinking fast? I was thinking of heading out for one last ride never been to the big horns I can drive up to bear lodge with pickup correct?
