Been waiting for that for a while I hope it pans out. And I finally have a sled running!

Horns

Well we were gonna head out there but now my buddies all backed out. I still wanna go though. I found 1 person on here that said they would go. Need another guy, anyone intersted?

RAIN

been watching radar and current temps both indicate rain in stead of snow. anyone up there that can verify.

It isn't raining, snotel is up to 80" this morning and with these spring storms it's a lot more than that, supposed to snow on and off for awhile. This is a picture from April a few years ago it was crazy deep...let's hope for this again, looks promising.

I agree with Rydpwdr, its snowing up there, can barely see the mountains the last few days. Hope it is as good as it was last year during easter weekend, that was the deepest day i rode all year. Only have to wait one more day to find out!

I have to wait till sat. My buddy called this morn to the lodge and they said there was a foot then

The NWS is calling for some rain mixed in, is that possible or you think it will end up to be just snow? Trying to decide if we should stop at the Horns or keep going further?

Todd, if your going to be up, let me know. Maybe we can hook up. I dont know what kind of condition your foot is in right now.

Justin, we are going up Saturday, wish we could have gone today though, this season we have ridden during the week a lot, no crowds...bet it's busy this weekend. I'm not sure how the snow will be, should be really good but it is just a little on the warm side. I'm just going to wrap my ankle up and hope I don't re-injure it, leaving for Vegas next week and you always do a lot of walking. Sled is whacked out of shape also, look at it from behind and it looks kinda twisted up, nothing fits together too good anymore...this wreck it hit the trees hard. Let me know if you guy's hit the horns or go farther south. Todd

No rain though it is a really wet snow. Posted up some pictures in the Big Horns thread if you are wondering how things are really looking. But I'm afraid we tracked everything up, sorry boys! :face-icon-small-win
