I used to brew a little at home a few years back. That's a fun hobbie with a good pay back.

Ron,
You bet there are. Wheats are about the easiest to brew. Plus, there are bunches of "wheat" yeasts. American, Bavarian, Wienstephan, etc...
All have their own flavor profiles that affect the "style" of beer.
I am particularly fond of Dark Wheat/Dunkelweiss.
Drinking your own beer is very satisfying. Possibilities are limitless!
