Home Invasion robbery update.

Was told I should post this in the washington section. There is a tread going in fould plug section. Go to everettharold.net for the updated news story. Alot that we can not talk about yet but I well keep you posted once the time is right. Are biggest problem now is the insurance company jacking me around, Made a call to a snowmobile buddy who is a atterney and he said it would be handled.

An avid snowmobiler, Roger Angevine said he knows how to grip handlebars strong enough to save his life. Grasping the man's wrists was similar.

And we have church interns that live at our house. Thank god they were not home the night it happened

Thanks so such for all the support but please do not mention the liability issue, I have taked to friend that knows WTF he is talking about so there is no worry.

If someone can post the quick link to this

Roger

Jesus Roger I'm glad you guys are ok! It's easy to be a Monday morning quarterback but how did you not shoot that mother fawker in the face with his gun?

Way to go and I hope you guys can get comfy in your house again soon. Peace - Eric

Wow Rodger, Im glad you both are OK! It's nice to hear that the cops/Atty's are punnishing the correct person in this fiasco. Im so tired of hearing about the opposite.

Wish it hadn't happend to you, but Im so glad you are ok,

Davy

I don't know you of course, BUT glad now one was hurt any more than you were..

and RIGHT ON for standing up for your self!!! - Had to scary as sh1t!

I have a 7 and a 9 year old at home (and my wife of course), and when i read this stuff, just makes me pissed at scumbags like this are even allowed to exist....

Heal well...

How can insurance companies fight people in situations like this? it is completely bass akwards too me. Isn't that the point of insurance to help people out in their time of need. Am I the only one that thinks this way?

what the insurance company didn't realize is that one of my snowmobile buddies is a attorney. Big mistake
One again Roger, as I posted in the other thread, I am very sorry about what happened to you and your wife, and I am willing to help in any way I can. I still need to recover from my rotator cuff surgery. just let me know.

But your comment about "insurance company" really concerns me. What do I need to know regarding this?

Please PM if you can't speak freely, as I am about ready to switch company's, as they are trying to cancel the policy on my cabin. The heck with that, they will loose all of my policies if I have my way.

Hope all is well.

No problem with the insurance company once my buddy talked to them. I'm getting the vip treatment know.

Word of advice , "do not mess with someone who has snowmobile buddies"

thankyou to all with advice , support and help

wow...that is quite a story. Glad to hear you and your wife are OK. Nice job standing up for yourself. You never know what he would have done if he was able to tie you both up.

Great job on the self defense. A co-worker here did the same thing. They struggled over the gun and 2 shots were fired into their furniture. The co-worker was an ex-marine and the robbers face was one big mess.

As for getting yank around, glad you have a lawyer friend. My sister-in-law has written 3 letters on her law company letterhead for me and it is amazing what her signature as one of the partners does to 'straighten' things up quicky.

What you guys can do to help is send pm messages to "rookierdr" and tell what a great guy he is. We also need a new snowest name for him because he is not a rookie any more so start thowing them out here. He works for Les schwab and is always in meeting but his emails go directy to his phone. I call him" vinnie the vent" because when he rides he thinks he is invincable and he has a bunch of vents cut in to his 08 700 155 dragon witch by the way is a girlie sled.:D:D

Thanks again everyone, just try not to talk about the way this could have turned out "we know"

"vinnie, the girl sled, vent"? gonna have to trim that name up a bit.

give us some more info on him.....maybe "tire iron".....for the Les Schwab tie in....:beer;:D

If he gets convicted of the charges that they had listed in the herald he could be out in anywhere from 50-70 months. Just doesn't seem right. I googled washington state sentencing guidelines. That is how I came up with the ***ures.

There will be a weapons enhancement so he won't get any time off his sentence for good time. and his offender score will have an effect on his sentence as well.

I am not a judge or a lawyer so don't take that sentence length for gospel but that is what I got from a real quick look a guidlines.

Washington needs to toughen up, this guy should be in prison for a whole lot longer than that. W8tn4u your lawyer friends might be able to shed more light on the matter. That amount of time seems awfull short.
