Home in fantastic snowmobile country!

Is your brother Cam? We have done some work for him in the past.

That is a nice house but the price is way to steep for the times. Alot of folks are being pushed out of the Steamboat area due to lack of work. The economy up there is pretty dark. I am now working in Rawlins during the week because work is so bad in Routt County.

I really don't know why houses have to be so expensive up there. Half a million for a 2200 sf house with no garage is really steep. I know several realtors in that area that haven't sold a house in 6 months because peeps want too much and the high prices are scaring people away! Good Luck.

Trying to sell before the view becomes dead lodgepole? Good idea!! I don't mind the pine "thinning" out some but it's going to look a little ragged for quite some time to come. Might be a good time to pick up a patch of ground or a snowmobile cabin up there.

Thanks for the comments, fellas. The house has a nice two car garage, so it might be a better value than the one you mentioned. With the amount of snow they get up there, it will probably cover the downed lodgepoles in the winter!

Let's hope the economy turns around so that we can all start prospering again. God bless America!

Ikind of like all the dead lodgepole. When it all burns down it will make for some good riding.
