why do i have to set up an account and give billing info just to look at your products?

yep, click on products shows diff sleds, click on sled goes to set up account w/ billing info. after that every option redirects me to set up an account. wants credit card info
Okay, I clicked on the link under my original post. I then went to "Sled Site". Then "Products". A list of sleds comes up on the left in red and on the right, pics of different sleds. 1 Polaralis, 2 Ski doo, and 1 Cat. I clicked on the Polaris IQ RMK and was directed to another screen showing that sled and listing 47 items with photos, details, and prices. You could click on each item for details and to add it to your cart. After doing that, it still didn't ask me to set up an account. I am wondering if there is an issue with your computer like security or pop up blockers. I don't chit about computers, just a thought. Maybe it's just a problem today with the region you live in. Good luck.
you are probably wright. ive had nothin but problems after downloading norton 360 last year.and dont no chit bout computers either.wrong generation. i do know that security is set way low( only way i could access the net) and firewalls and blockers dont work at all. stupid norton. i only start havin problems AFTER i pay for security service go figure. was goin to use diff. service when the year was up put norton has hijacked my computer.wont let me cancel and have my credit card info. 360 wont let any other security system download.PIA i tell ya.
We have heard quite a few complaints about this in recent months. After looking into it multiple times, finding nothing wrong with our actual site, we have come to the conclusion that it may have something to do with the web browser you use. It seems almost every call we get is from somebody using some version of AOL. As of now, we have no idea what this means or how to correct it. The local computer "experts" say they need to see it happen in order to trace the problem- I cant recreate it from any computer I try, but none of them use AOL browser.
Something to try: If you know how to refresh your browser history, do it. You will lose all saved passwords in the process. After that is done retype our full web address: www.holzracingproducts.com
This has been tried by some people who have responded that it worked.
As of now, there aren't any magical fixes happening. Just know we are aware that some sort of problem exists, but that is all we know.
Feel free to drop an e-mail with any questions on parts, I can even e-mail back a PDF of our '09 catalog so you have something to look at.
Just please stop sending e-mails full of 4-letter words just to say our site sucks because that doesn't help anybody
